Mysts of Meryemana can be used to release physical pain! Just
spray it directly on the skin at the site of the discomfort and
voila! The speed at which this happens depends on the "depth"
of the pain (how long the problem's been there etc!) sometimes
it takes more than one application. The Reiki
Release and the Mysts of the Grotto can be used in conjunction
to release Earth-bound spirits/souls (I was guided to use the
Reiki first to release any blockages and misconceptions - like
thinking you're still alive! - and then the Grotto to help them
