PEACE POLE
This Peace Pole is a permanent monument
dedicated
to the co-creation of Peace on Earth. It has the words
"May Peace Prevail on Earth" in four different languages
on the four sides of the pole ~ the four languages are English,
Japanese (to honor the World Peace Organization that was
founded in Japan after World War II), Gaelic (to
reflect the locally settled culture), and Mohawk
(to reflect the area's indigenous culture).
Peace Poles have been dedicated in over 160 countries around the
world, it is a wonderful way to share, teach and inspire Peace
on Earth . . .
